Through concentrated attention to community and environmental impact, Pitchford’s Landing will clearly become a beautiful addition to the Indian River Coastline. It will dramatically improve and enhance the appeal of the existing area and its accessible facilities. Furthermore, the underlying infrastructure will be substantially upgraded to better accommodate the area's current and future residents.

A New Life
Our plan is to refine and broaden the appeal of the existing area, so that all can enjoy the beauty and bounty of Jensen Beach and the Indian River Coastline. As submitted to Martin County, our proposal changes the current 167 unit RV Park into a residential community, featuring 84 homes on a 17.74 acre parcel of land that sits adjacent to the northern boundary of the Jensen Beach Community Redevelopment Area and next door to the Renar Riverplace. The proposed 84 residences will include 1 and 2-story single-family homes and 2-story villas.

Old Florida Charm
The overall architecture will highlight the unique charm of Jensen Beach through expansive use of “Key West” and “Old Florida” design elements, including brick paver sidewalks and driveways. A playground, swimming pools, large open “green areas” and natural vegetation will provide enjoyable recreational spaces. Homes will have front porches, balconies and rear accessible garages. Prompted by the beautiful and tranquil surroundings, residents and visitors alike will want to spend more quality time outdoors – to walk, relax, and enjoy the waterfront and all its enhanced amenities.
